United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) inaugurated special service counter for Chinese nationals in Bangladesh at the corporate office of the bank on 6 May 2019. Mr. Li Guangjun, Honourable Economic and Commercial counsellor of Embassy of People's Republic of China in Bangladesh graced the event as Chief Guest. Mr. Zhuang Lifeng, President of Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh and Mr. Lin Weiqiang, President of Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh were present as special guests.
Among others Mr. Mohammed Shawkat Jamil, Managing Director of UCB; Mr. Arif Quadri, Additional Managing Director of UCB; Mr. Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid, Additional Managing Director of UCB; Mr. Md. Sohrab Mustafa, Deputy Managing Director of UCB; Mr. Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of UCB; Mr. Abul Alam Ferdous, Deputy Managing Director of UCB, Mr. N. Mustafa Tarek, Deputy Managing Director of UCB and Mr. Md. Abdullah Al Mamoon, Deputy Managing Director of UCB were present at the event.
Dedicated banking service will be provided to Chinese nationals residing in Bangladesh through this special service counter for Chinese nationals at UCB.
