414th Meeting of the Board of Directors of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) was held on October 31, 2017 at Bank's corporate office. The Meeting was presided by the Chairman of the Bank Mrs. Rukhmila Zaman. The ongoing performance and activities of the bank were discussed and analyzed at the meeting. Various issues like Credit Risk Management, Corporate Governance, proper coordination between asset & liability etc were also discussed in the meeting.
