Few Points to remember for the safety of your Credit/Debit card
Do not let the card to get out of your sight in any outlet.
You are advised to block/deactivate your credit card international part immediately after return from abroad as a fraud prevention measure.
Do not share your PIN, expiry date or any other information of card with others.
Don’t keep card and pin together to keep you away from any unwanted ATM/POS transactions.
Before an internet transaction please ensure that website is secure & safe.
Regarding any advance booking or reservation against your card, please ensure that the transaction is cancelled as per cancellation policy if the service is not availed. If not cancelled the transaction will be posted in your statement.
Keep 24/7 help desk numbers at your hand to communicate with card issuing bank in any circumstances.
In case of returning the card to the bank please ensure that you destroy the card by punching or cutting into pieces.
Please make sure that you have signed with permanent ink on signature panel on the reverse side of the Card.
Store your PIN or other Security number in safe custody other than your wallet/common shared places.
To minimize the risk, only carry the cards you plan to use.
