Eligibility:
- Any Bangladeshi citizen getting government aid under 'Safety Net Program' or relevant ventures of government/backward unbanked community
- Any Bangladeshi citizen who are eligible to open Retail Personal Account as per PSD Circular No. 09/2020 dated 16th November,2020
- Lower income people

- Photo ID (as per latest Bangladesh Bank Guideline)

- Recent passport sized color photograph (2 copies)
- E-TIN (If available)
- One copy photograph of the nominee attested by accountholder
